Intro To Resistance Weight Training

Just The Ladies (Adults)
Foundations of weight lifting for adults using light weights to teach proper basics for: form, breathing, isolation, stabilization, stretching, injury prevention, partner spotting, and strength & cardio techniques for a lean strong balanced body. Recommend 2 classes/wk for progression.

Moms & Daughters (~ Ages 8 – 12)
Moms and daughters paired as training partners using light weights to teach proper basics for: form, breathing, isolation, stabilization, stretching, injury prevention, partner spotting, and strength & cardio techniques for lean strong balanced bodies. Recommend 2 classes/wk for progression, support & bonding.

Just The Girls ( Ages 13 – 17)
Age appropriate exercise techniques using light weights & bodyweight to teach basics of proper weight training, cardio, stretching, and injury prevention for overall fitness and better sports performance. Recommend 2 classes/wk for positive reinforcement & progression.

Personalized Training For Four Students (Adults)
Two paired couples for more progressive weight training techniques using machines and equipment to focus on form, kinesiology, muscle isolation, stretching, injury prevention, breathing, spotting, and cardio. Recommend 2 classes/wk for progression.

Yoga Toning

Adults
Combines traditional yoga poses with free weights and resistance bands for a total body workout that helps build lean muscle mass along with flexibility and muscle endurance. Strong focus on using breath to safely move in and out of poses & allowing recovery time for muscles.

Yoga

Parent Child ( Ages 6 – 12)
This class encourages bonding with your child through various yoga poses, breathing, stretching and mindfulness.

Getting Fit With KettleBells

Just The Ladies (Adults)
Teaches four most common Kettelbell exercises: the swing, the press, the front squat, & the floor press. Kettlebell lifting is a full-body strength and cardio-vascular endurance technique that can bring results in a fraction of the time required by conventional exercise programs. Recommend 2 classes/wk for progression.

Power Training For Endurance Sports

Adults 18+
Improving strength and power for the endurance athlete via balanced muscular development in the posterior chain – hamstrings, gluteus and lower back – as well as the abdominals and upper back. Teaches ways to fill gaps in training to gain an edge in sports and daily life.

Teens  Ages 15 – 17
